Daily regime

Life is not about,what happens to you , its what you do about it. You definitely become like the people you surround yourself . I have observed my own life and the lives of others around me that one get influenced by the people with whom you spend the most time.  So the important thing is to choose right set of people around you. Who can guide you well in your life, specially in down time or at the time of dilemma . I call them "the eagles". because the eagles have a capacity to fly above the clouds. When it rains it does not affect on it , it just raise its height and start flying above the clouds. Choose your eagles who can make you that much strong to fly above the clouds of  negativity. A human being has a power to sense the vibrations of others- good , bad , strong, harsh . So make strong your sixth sense for choosing your eagles in life. ❤ Madhu   

If you seriously want to over come from the dents and damages in your life than change your casual attitude sincerely. Only the right attitude in life separates the winners from the losers. Right attitude is not some thing superficial, it is quite deepen in you. Start your day by watching your thoughts . You become , what you think about therefore the life you live, starts from your mind.  Few days back i got a chance to interact with a group. While talking to them i realized every one has a bunch of problems . I asked them - What do you do when you wake up in the morning ?  Did you ever greet to God " good morning God !!"  What do you do on the daily basis for yourself ? I got no answer. They are not in the habit of doing yoga , meditation or speaking positive words in routine. I am saying this with my own experience. I was not the one who had lived a perfect life . I had failed , made lots of mistakes, been rejected and lost almost every thing in my life . ...

A child falls numerous times in his childhood but it never quits A child never has a fear of  fall down and has no shy or fear to try again after each fall, even then some times it hurts him badly & this courage leads him to success. We know this happens to every child but as we grow old, we start fearing. We have a fear of failure. Fear of Fail could kill your courage , The only source of success is our courage. We all have heard a renound name the Amitabh bachchan. He is the king of Indian cinema was born in a well to do family. His father was an acclaimed hindi poet. He graduated from Delhi university . Many would have thought his path would be easy & smooth towards stardom. But it was not ..., I would like to say that after observing his life story surely his struggle has made him a legend . Don't add years to your life but add life to your years...  If you don't dream now , If your ambitious fires are dead  than definitely you are going old in such a way that soon you will be discarded by your own people.. But I want you to wake up now, don't die as discarded & pity person. So start living for yourself. You have accomplished so many responsibilities in your whole life but when did you live for your own self ? Did you ever think of your hobbies and ambitions ?   Many doubts and questions will come in your mind ,  How long will i live now ?  What is the point of thinking about my life in the age of 50s or 60s...?  If you feel that you are old, than definitely you are ... Youth and age are not Dates & Times but State of Mind....  Are you not shortening your life by stop being creative , innovative? Why don't you think of your life by living more healthy in your 80s. Don't Die , live deadly If yo u have tried and have failed . If you have planned and watched your plans as the y were crushed before your eyes. always remember that a seed convert into  a plant after meeting a process of crushing. we could only see the plant and the tree not the process ..... The great personalities in all history were the product of courage , The courage of  giving a new start to the life after each failure .  strength and growth come only by continuous efforts. Never stop , don't be dishearten by facing constant failure, struggle & adversities. Only a creative thinker realizes the potential value of mistakes & error . VALUE OF FAILING   Have you seen a diamond in its raw state?  I am very sure if today we had a couple of these uncut diamonds in front of us , many of us would not be able to recognize them. they just look like ordinary rough stones .  In a very old famous story by Russell H, a man actually left his "acres of Diamonds" to look for the diamonds elsewhere because he didn't know what diamonds in their raw state looked like ...... A lot of friction needed before it finally becomes the diamond that we see in the showcase. It has to undergo a tremendous amount of friction and rubbing and all the polishing steps for that Diamond to become so sparkled & attractive. Similarly we need to be polished by going through hard times & suffering times before greatness in us is revealed. The gold could be molded into attractive ornaments only when the gold is heated on a very high temperature & The flowers have to be badly crushed first ...
